Change Language or Workaround to do it?

I'm using Pt 11 and WIndows 7 on a german PC but I'm really uncomfortable with working in german especially in this audio environment. Every program before had an option to change the language. Pro Tools has this option,too under Preferences and Display but for some reason it doesn't change the program language at all.



Is there any kind of solution to this?



It's currently on my system language german( which I can't change as well,cause Windows is a [bleep][bleep][bleep][bleep]ing [bleep][bleep][bleep][bleep]ty OS for not allowing people to change the language ) and I want Pt to be in English.
