If you encounter a "Access violation occurred, unable to read location: 0x000000001A32CFB0" error (the location string will differ) with Harmony Engine EVO and Pro Tools 11 on Windows, then here is the fix.
Set your internal sound card as the default for both sound and communication.
This should be done anyway, although setting your interface as the default communications device may or may not cause problems with software other than Antares.
I was encountering this error today with PT11, and the plug-in window would either appear halfway, or not at all. The plug-in loaded just fine in Reaper and Pro Tools 10. It turns out that my computer had designated my audio interface as the default communications device. I have no idea how long it had been like that, as I had not encountered any errors until I started working with Harmony Engine. Setting the internal card to com default and restarting Pro Tools made the error go away, and the plug-in window now displays properly.
