Graphics and CPU Requirements for PT8

I'm retiring the old Precision 670 and looking at a ~$600 cap for a replacement.



I'm on MBox Mini2 and PT 8 now but will upgrade to 11 later this year. I use EZDrummer and DB33 and I currently render the tracks to audio to free up CPU. When I track the full band I track at another studio and bring the file home for vocals and guitar etc..Otherwise it's creation station use.



Good deals on Dell Optiplex MT's with factory warranty are available. I don't know that I can swing the i7, but i5's are in my range. Is this sufficient for my use?



I read quite a bit regarding graphics, but I am still unclear. I see two options available: Intel integrated and 1GB AMD Radeon HD8490. I gather that integrated and 1 GB are both taboo.



So the questions are:



Will I be good with an i5 and either one of these cards for PT 8 now and PT 11 at at later time?



If the above cards are no-go, what are my options?
