PT 11HD Native plug ins issues

I have upgraded recently to 11HD and find that plug ins such as RevibeII, Reverb One will not load into a session, they appear in the AAX plugs list, but do not load, other plug ins include.....BF 2A, BF 3A Fairchild 660 and 670, the Joe Meek plugs, Moogerfooger Bundle, PhoenixII, The Pultec Bundle, and Purple.



I have re-installed, trashed prefs, many times over. Everything is as it should be when I open 10.3.8. Any clues?
