Updating to 10.3.8. Any known issues?

I'm thinking about taking this rig as far as I can with the current hardware that I own.

I was wondering if there are any problems that I might encounter with this update on my system (see sig below).

Any help/suggestions/warnings are greatly appreciated. :-)
