Weird issue with 48V and one input

So stage input 5 shows lot of activity on the signal meters but not any audio. Cranked up the output and got a little bit of rumble/low end.



The activity goes away when I don't use phantom power. I had a keyboard plugged into this input before so I didn't notice. Today I had to use a condenser mic and noticed the issue.



I didn't even have anything plugged into stage 5 and this was still happening.



Is that input bad?
