I am using the latest Pro Tools 11.1.3. I am using my setup for live off the floor recording but Pro tools 11 keeps shutting down during the recording with the error below.
Access violation occurred, unable to read location: 0x00000000341CFEF2
Now i have tried just about everything here including turning off drive indexing and the network during recording. It happens at completely random times. Has been happening for a few months now. Very annoying to have to keep telling the band that an error occurred.. It also does not work for live recording at venues... There are no do overs when your recording a live show at a club.
Below are the specs of my system. I would love to get some help on this. If i switch over to my other DAW which is the latest Reason 7 i never have an issue. Had to use it many times as a backup system. Works perfect every time. Not my first choice though. Seems to be directly related to the Pro Tools software only.
I have also removed all plugins-effects from Pro Tools and installed the software fresh many times. Also followed all optimizations in the guide. I just want it to work reliably. Hope someone here may be able to help...
