All my 3rd party AAX plugins are missing

Weird thing today all my 3rd party aax plugins are missing in Pt 11.02 , in OS 10.8.5 . I noticed this when I Opened a session and none of my UA inserts were active . When I tried to activate them it said they couldn't be found in the plugin folder Checked my Avid audio library folder and all the UA , EW , NI AAX plugins are in the folder .Trashed prefs. Reinstalled all my UA plugins with the latest update. Opened a new session still no 3rd party plugins in the inserts only the stock pro tools . They are all there and working fine in PT 10 and Digital Performer8 AU. Pretty frustrating and wasted a day on this.

Any ideas what to do next ?
