Artist Mix no recognised

Hello, I use Artist Mix with PT11 on a Mac book air. I have installed EOCON 3.0 When I open PT nothing happens on Artis Mix. I have tried many of the solutions proposed on the forums like manual IP etc, older versions of EUCON. Nothing works! Maybe it has something to do with my ethernet cable switch to Usb but I have tried it on a IMAc as well with an ethernet port, nothing hapenning there as well. Please help as I am getting realllly frustrated
