Avid's links to PT10's bundled Big Fish Loops are broken

I am in the process of upgrading from PT9 to PT10 (no bleeding edge tech for me!). I have the "Your Products" Avid page open and have downloaded the PT Installer Pro Tools 10.3.9 Mac 81790.dmg, the Avid Virtual Instruments 10.3 Installer 77520, and various pdfs. There are also links to download 7 packages of Big Fish Loops - Dance D.J., Hip Hop, Jazz, etc. But when I click on these loops, the Avid Download Manager tells me that it can't find the requested file on the server, and the direct back-up link doesn't work, either. I know it's a pretty old link, it has the naughty word "digidesign" in it, but I think Avid should fix it for people who buy the upgrade. Here are the links that didn't work. Thanks in advance for any help.
