AVID Please contact RE HD Trial problem

I just tried to get a HD11 trial period for a friend who i'm helping try it out... I ticked HD11 but it gave me a normal license... i didn't realise till i got it on the ilok and only booted vanilla pro tools...



I now can't use the native card, or Rosetta interface to try it out for him... 11 isn't useful... how do i get that license taken back (was done today) and get a HD11 trial instead?
