Avid Video Engine not working in 11.1.3

Updated to 11.1.3 this morning from 11.1.2 and all of a sudden the Avid Video Engine isn't working. Won't load - gives me a "timed out" error message. Anyone else have this maddening problem? Same video files and sessions I was using this morning before the upgrade (which was supposed to fix a bunch of video engine problem!).
