Bouncing Plugins

I am currently working on a design for a show, which I will be using surround sound for. I have added a reverb to a track, and i was wondering is there anyway when it comes to bouncing that I can bounce the tracks separately. E.g the raw as one track (will come out the main speakers) and the reverb as one track (to come out behind audience). Is this possible?
