This is a significantly smaller session then my norm. But even my over 100 track template will be humming along at 55% - 70% but then jump into the red. It will only settle down once I play a note through the offending track or inactivate, reactivate. This smaller session shows the same prob though with not much open.

After buying a new computer, buying new plugs to replace ones that didn't make the AAX switch. All the video issues, the major ADC bugs…
Not sure if it's the 3rd party manufactures to blame for the not as advertised AAE improvements… Hopefully we'll see the 'epic' performance boost we were promised one day. I expected with a new computer to replace my first gen 8-core and the new AAE that I was rarely if ever going to see CPU overload. I can't run that much more then the old computer, PT10 and Kontakt memory server.
All optimizations done.
All plugs up to date.
4 internal 7200rpm SATA drives. Separate one for sessions / audio, video and samples.
