Error after Pro Tools 11.1.3 install

I've just updated Pro Tools 11 to Vs.11.1.3. And now when I start PT I get this error:

Could not create a new document because Assertion in "/Volumes/Development/126373/ProTools/DFW/MacBuild/../Views/UMenu.MacOS.mm", line 1547.

Look familiar to anyone?

    I am getting the sam problem. I have followed the steps to trash preferences and downloaded the latest mbox driver. I am running mbox mini 3 with protools 11 on a mac 10.9.3

    pleeeeeese help?
