Help with first gen fast track interface?

Hi all, I don't know where else I can post about this, this forum was closest to my subject matter.



I bought a fast track with the pro-tools essentials back in 2010. I have now purchased a new computer loaded with windows 8, as well as Cubase 7 software and would like to use my fast track as the interface. I checked for driver updates and downloaded the most recent for "Fast track solo", but it does not appear that this is the correct driver as my computer is not making the connection between the fast track and the driver. In the control panel it recognizes the fast track as being connected, but won't let me do anything with it. I searched high and low for a driver for my fast track model, to no avail. Does anyone know where I can get an updated driver?



Please help, I don't know where to go from here, and I really don't want to purchase a new interface!!
