Mbox 3 pro: No sound problem

Every time I launch PT 11 after computer boots I get no sound, then I close PT and open it again, still no sound, then I repeat the process and I get audio. It takes me 3 attempts and I have to go through this ritual every time if I want to use PT 11. I cant figure it out. The problem could be the control panel..I guess. I have always set it with sample rates hardware: 96000 and stand alone 96000.
