trouble installing pt 11.1.3

so i recently purchased a pt 11/10 bundle license and i activated everything and downloaded it on to my ilok but after i downloaded everything i try to open up pt it starts to say its loading but once the loading is complete the loading screen closes then the pro tools update pops up at the bottom and then both just immediately close and it happens every time i open it does anyone have any suggestions or help it is very much needed and appreciated thanks!

i am also running on a mac osx 10.9.2
