I lost my iLok recently and purchased an ASC for "Pro Tools software (LE, M-Powered, & standalone) Pro Tools LE Support " after I reported a RMA on iLok.com
I tried to use this code to get in to the ASC form and submit a case or whatsoever but the screen just shown "invalid user" in, and I have no way to complete my report on my lost iLok.
I tried to called the phone number provided (I live in Hong Kong) on the website but still no luck, it saids the number is not registered.
I'm so confused right now, I love using Avid's product but not even a contact email or workable method could be found is really dissapointing.
