Hi, I purchased PT9 in mid 2011, and have recieved free upgrades through Pro Tools 10. When I purchased this, I was promised 4 years of free upgrades. When I log into Avid, the only upgrade listed is PT 10.3.9.
I'm worried I missed an email with an activation code. Is there any way to retrieve this? I'd rather not spend $40 to call avid. Does anyone know of an email I can use to contact someone about this? Any advice is appreciated. Thanks.
