No sound after bounce to disk

I bounced my session to audio file on the desktop when I go to the file I cannot listen to it or burn it !!! I did 16 bit 44.1 etc my session was in 24 bit but I put the dimer plug in on it bus all tracks to one track etc... I tried everything now I can import it back to pt and it works fine any ideas on a tight deadline
