Pro Tools 10

I've been having so much trouble with my Pro Tools 10 setup and my Eleven Rack because somehow it my system upgraded to OS 10.9.2, that I have decided to get rid of the hard drive that came with my mid 2010 iMac, put in a SSD drive and start over. Will I have any problems redownloading the Pro Tools software as I don't want to upgrade to 11? Everything worked fine before the OS system upgrade (don't let your grand kids use ypur music machine).
