PTLE 8.0.1 re-install on a new HD with new OS

Greetings! My Digi 003 Rack with PTLE 8.0.1 is currently installed on a HD with Win XP that needs to be replaced. Can I simply copy the folder C:/PT8.0/ProTools Installer/Setup.exe to the new HD with Win 7 and run the installation? (I don't have a CD of the program.)
