Would these steps be the best way in Pro Tools 11 to upsample a 16-bit/44.1kHz file to 16-bit/48kHz ?
- Create 32-bit float/48kHz sample rate Pro Tools session
- Then use "Import Audio" command to add the 16-bit/44.1kHz file to the session, using sample rate conversion (SRC) with "Tweak Head" setting to convert the file's sample rate to 48kHz to match the session
- Then Bounce-to-Disk with a 16-bit Dither insert on a Master Fader, to bounce to 16-bit/48kHz file (out of 32-bit float/48kHz session)
