You do not have the appropriate access privileges (-5000) wile creating "Session 1" while creating "Audio Files"
I haven't had this problem. It just randomly appeared. I know PT 8 is not supposed to be running on Lion, but I can't pay the money to upgrade to a later PT and so far besides this version of PT has been running smooth otherwise.
