Configuring midi keyboard to trigger Punch In?

Hey guys... Just ditched my 002 (which had a dedicated footswitch input) for an Apollo Twin (which doesn't). I'm trying to figure out a way to punch in/out with a footswitch :confused:



My Fatar VMK midi controller has three footswitch inputs. Could I configure one of those to punch in/out?
