Last week I bought the pure limiter from flux. I went through their on line store and have my receipt from their 3rd party supplier/distributor. Flux never sent me or deposited on my account my I-lock authorization or sent me any confirmation e-mail telling me how to download. Therefore I have not been able to use the software. So,I contacted them through their support website as instructed and 5 days after I still have to get any kind of response. I have created 3 support tickets (they say they respond withing 48 hours) and all I get is silence, NO RESPONSE of any kind.
Can someone direct me to the e-mail of anyone at Flux that will bother to look at my case and either refund me my money or deposit my I-lock authorization in my account. Needless to say, I am never buying another product form them!
