Anyone know where I can find this lead sound?

Just wondering if anyone knows where I could find this extremely raw electro lead thats been a-drivin' me insane. It kinda sounds like a Razor, Massive, FM but not quite, its much brighter, grittier, better quality, distorted but controlled and the frequency from low to high defies logic. Been trying to program it but struggling. Anyone heard this before in any synth?

Its at 0:20, the main diving lead in the verse. I've also heard it in other songs recently. It seems to be in vogue atm.
