Is Upgrading to PT 10 still an option?

Hi,

I have ProTools 9, and am looking to upgrade to PT 10. I'm not ready for 11 yet, as I will lose many of my plug-ins. I don't see an upgrade option in the Avid store. Is it still possible to upgrade?
