Pro Tools 11 will not open

This is my first experience using ILok and I can say it has been nothing but frustrating. I have been trying to use my new Avid Pro tools software for over two weeks now and for some reason when I try and open the software on my computer I get an error that says: Unable to locate hardware. Make sure your hardware is connected and turned on then click ok. My device is plugged into usb (I have tried 8 different ports that all work with other devices) and it lights up blue. I have uninstalled and re-installed the Ilok license manager software and no change. :confused:



I am unsure what else to try I have sent requests for support online but am awaiting response. I have a project for class due Tuesday and really need to figure this out.
