Rack 003 connects to everything else but PT11.

I made the mistake of pulling out my ilok before shutting down PT. Found out the next day. Reinstalled driver. Nothing. No ins and outs. Get this though. The 003 connects with all my other programs., Reason, Logic Pro X etc.. They see all my ins and outs but no PT. Aaaaaaaaa[emoji21]

What am I missing? Tried to uninstall and reinstall but nothing.

Any suggestions?
