Error message: lost connection to hardware?

Man, for someone who has used PT for a decade, I am having the worst luck with it this past year. I am getting an error message, sometimes imediately upon opening PT 11, sometimes it lets me work a bit before I get the message. But I always get it within an hour or less. The message says it no longer detects the hardware (my mbox pro 3). Now I just recently had this mbox shipped off for replacement by the manufacturer. So avid claims my mbox is in perfect condition. But then, I suppose that might not mean anything.



So what should I do?
