Output Setting

Hi i have just wired up my Projectmix and everything is working great, can somebody please tell were to set my output setting on the M-Audio firewire main 12 output settings, should i just raise them all the way up to 0 or lower?

When i bounce to disc, the track isn't very load, any help please!
