Outputs Stop Working 11.2.1

I have a fully qualified mac system, I back graded to 10.9.4 OSX and I am still having a massive output problem, where on my Omni system the outputs totally stop working after playback or moving a region. They work at first then stop completely, you playback and there's no sound coming out into my Omni. When I click on the input button they suddenly start working again. AVID??? I cannot mix in 11HD right now, this does not happen in version 10.3.9. Wow Avid did something that made 11HD totally useless to me! :mad: :mad::confused::confused:
