This is just a description of my experience in case someone else has the same issue.
I had been running v 8.0.5 through mBox2. I upgraded to v 11 through Sweetwater. I entered my activation code and it took me to a page asking for the iLok ID, the kind of interface and the serial number of the interface. Nothing happened. I hit enter. Nothing happened.
I contacted Sweetwater the next morning and they put in a trouble ticket on it. I called Avid. After assuring that I ha done everything correctly, I was asked which browser I was using. When I said, "Internet Explorer," the tech asked me to try it through a different browser. I have 4 installed so I did it in Chrome. What happened after putting in the serial number was the appearance of a "continue" button that did not appear when I used IE.
If you are having an issue, try a different browser!
