session template - PT11 to PT 8 and back?

I've been working in PT11 for awhile now. I have some sessions coming up with a client who's still using LE 8 in his studio. We'll be tracking at his studio, using his 003 rig, then I'll bring the tracks back to my place for mixing and I'll finish up in PT11. From past experience, I know that it's no problem to bring LE sessions into PT11. But I'm wondering: can I can create my session templates in advance - in PT11 here at my place - and open those templates in PT8 at my client's studio?
