When I enrolled in school in 2011 I received Pro Tools 9 and immediately received my no charge upgrade to Pro Tools 10. We were all informed by the faculty and even an Avid representative at a school seminar that we would receive all upgrades for free for 4 years. I have tried contacting that representative with no success. When will I get my upgrade?
