Internal Pro Tools sounds --- Bounce outputs in real-time

Hi all,



For some reason I can’t figure this out. I use to do this in Logic all the time. I’m using Pro Tools as a sound module slaved to my MPC. I do all my sequencing in the MPC. Its internal Pro Tools sounds I want to record. How do you bounce the outputs in real-time?
