Pro Tools not appearing in "My Products and Subscriptions"

I've had pro tools mp9 for a few years now, and I am planning on upgrading to 11. However, when I login to my AVID account, there is no evidence of MP9 on my account at all. It appears just fine in my iLok, and I'm just hoping I won't have any issues upgrading.



I also have the original box and receipt if that helps.



Am I missing something?
