Questions about piecing together my HDX system via ebay

I have a 2009 mac pro and was considering upgrading from PT11 to PT11 HD and purchasing HDX hardware used on ebay.



If I purchase the following, will I have all the elements I need for an HDX system, or am I missing something?

1. PT 11 HD software

2. Avid HDX pcie card

3. Avid HD omni interface



Next dumb question: Will any of my PT native plugins work with HDX? I currently use Melodyne, Kontakt 5, Vienna Ensemble Pro, Waves 500 series EQs, and a handful of other 64 bit plugins.
