Hi
I just went to PT 11 HD Native from PT 10 with a Digi 002 interface.
I have a lot of sessions which I now wanted to transfer to my PT 11. All the sessions do have ADC turned on ( as I produce and mix at the same time)
Opening the first session I noticed something strange .
When overdubbing a piano I felt a lot of latency when playing. This session was from PT 10 where I never had any issues with latency working in 128 playback engine.
In PT11 I tried to turn the ADC on and off and I noticed that It felt good again when the ADC was turned off.

My questions are:
1. Do I have to turn off ADC when recording VI`s in PT 11 HD? Wont that cause problems If I have different plugins on the different already recorded instruments and VI`s?
2. I have a template I do use with already a lot of plugins on the different tracks, If I turn ADC off this will cause latency issues all over the place right? How can I make a template where I get a tight performance when overdubbing instruments? And also overdubbing instruments far out in the mix process when lots of plugins are added?
3. Is this the same but I read about that would be fixed in 11.2.1? If so that is strange as I run 11.2.1 on Maverics 10.9.4
4. Do a PT 10/Digi 002 rig really have an advantage when working with VI`s in PT?
Im a bit confused:confused:
Hope someone can help out:-)
