I bought the protools 9 cross grade deal back when it first came available. I just found out that my PT's 9 install disk may be damaged! Please read my recent post explaining how this came about, (i.e.) missing dll file. Since the purchase transaction is registered am I entitled to a replacement PT's 9 jnstall disk?
