attn avid support. need replacement parts for c24

Hi there,

one of our engineers spilled some water on the c24 and now the 3rd bank of solos and utility functions are not responding. I've contacted multiple qualified avid repair centers and none of them seem to want to offer any help or advice. I'm desperately trying to get it back to 100% but don't know what else to do at this point. Hoping support can help me out here.
