I cannot download the pro tools 11.2 upgrade from the Avid website. As per recommendation from Avid this has been attempted by going through my account, clicking on my products, and finding the pro tools 11.2 upgrade link on the page. When I click on that link, my browser says page not found. The same negative result exists when using Firefox and Chrome.
Related to this, I attempted to upgrade Avid plug-ins for an installation this week and ran into the same result. I am coming to the conclusion, and would like to be wrong about this, that there is no way to download upgrades for Pro Tools, and for Pro Tools related plug ins. This could be a web issue, but I understand that this is not a fluke, and this problem has been in existence for at least four days.
Any workarounds to this problem are extremely helpful,
