download update page cant be displayed

I have been trying to download the pro tools 9.0.6 update for protools 9. When UI run my newly installed PT9 it says there are updates available and It keeps quiting on me. When I go to the avid updates page and choose the proper win7 update, it times out and the page cant be displayed. This is the same for the read me file as well as the full installer now.

I am supposed to have this installed and running tonight and have been working on it all weekend. Please fix the download page so I can update PT.
