Elastic Audio plays fine but notes are off on commit

Guys help!

Very strange issue! All warp markers are on the grid and it plays fine but once I try to commit or consolidate or even switch to Rendered Processing some notes are off! It's multitrack drum session. Of course everything are grouped and all.

Any thoughts? Thanks!
