error message....please help!!!

hi im getting this error message when i start PT 10 up, "could not compete your request becuase access violation occured, unable to read location: 0x80808088" pro tools is really starting to bug me now because this is like my 10th error message and its rediculous, i did nothing to change what happened, it was working fine before,
