ilok issues

i've been having trouble with ilok on my pc. it works the first time after installing but then every time i reboot it says that it's been installed incorrectly and i then have to reinstall it. its very frustrating! i saw one post about this from last year but they didnt seem have posted the solution. could anyone give me advice on how to fix this?
