Installing PT 11.2.2 (Could not create a new document because Assertion... line 1549)

Hi,



I'm having trouble installing PT 11.2.2.



I followed the "Pro Tools Installation.pdf".



1. Removed old version of PT using instructions for this page: http://ift.tt/1sgoKjm



2. Installed drivers and restarted computer.



3. Installed PT 11.2.2



When I open PT from the Applications directory to finish the install, I get the following error:



Could not create a new document because Assertion in "/Volumes/Development/141401/ProTools/DFW/MacBuild/../Views/UMenu.MacOS.mm", line 1549.



When I try to create a new Session, I get the same error.
