Working with 7.3 on an 002. Windows XP totally offline. Sessions stop and transport control jams, but session does not respond, will not stop. Gives me some kind of error message when I try to stop the transport reading:
"Could not perform action due to Neo Assertion in: "code\azuki_Cliff\Altura Ports SDKs\Neo lOBlo line164" Then another pop-up "Access Denied"
I have to force shutdown and lose all data in the session. I kinda wonder if it might be the drive gone to read only??? I have the proper FW controller and it's the recommended black drive.
I have gotten a shutdown once with a massage that read: "Pro Tools is unable to get audio from the drive fast enough blah blah blah blah".
Scratchin' my head bloody trying to figure this. Haven't worked in here for about 2 mo. and it ran fine then. Tried every start-up sequence. One time the computer wouldn't recognize the drive when booted.
Any ideas?
